Waste Management

To maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for everyone, all residents are kindly required to observe the following rules:

1. Personal Responsibility for Waste
   Each resident is responsible for the proper disposal of their own waste at all times.

2. No Central Bins Provided
   As waste bins will not be provided within the premises, residents must make individual arrangements to dispose of their refuse appropriately outside the property.

3. No Littering
   The environment must be kept clean at all times. Littering anywhere within or around the premises is strictly discouraged.

4. Proper Disposal Only
   Waste must not be thrown out of windows, balconies, or from upstairs under any circumstance.

5. Clean Surroundings
   All common areas, including corridors, stairways, and outdoor spaces, must be kept free from dirt and waste.

6. No Dumping of Personal Items
   Residents must not leave personal belongings, unwanted items, or refuse in shared spaces or around the premises.

7. Move-Out Responsibility
   Upon leaving the accommodation, residents are required to remove all personal waste and belongings, ensuring their space is left clean and tidy.

8. Respect for Others
   All residents are expected to act responsibly and considerately to promote a hygienic and harmonious living environment for everyone.

9. Parents are Responsible for their Children
   Parents should teach their children proper waste disposal and are responsible for the improper waste disposal of their children or their children breaking the rules.
