SECURITY RULES FOR RESIDENTS
To ensure the safety of all residents and their belongings, and in line with common security practices in residential communities, the following rules must be strictly observed:
Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Each resident is responsible for the safety of their personal property. Valuable items should be properly secured at all times, as management will not be held liable for loss or theft.
Keep Doors and Windows Secure
Residents must ensure that their doors and windows are properly locked whenever they leave their rooms or retire for the night.
Guest Management
All visitors must be announced to the caretaker before entry. Guests must not stay longer than 48 hours under any circumstance.
No Squatting or Unauthorized Occupancy
Allowing non-residents to stay in your room beyond the permitted time or without approval is not allowed.
Report Suspicious Activities Immediately
Any unfamiliar persons, suspicious movements, or security concerns must be reported promptly to the caretaker or management.
Controlled Movement of Strangers
Residents should not allow unknown individuals into the premises without proper identification or approval.
Avoid Public Display of Valuables
Expensive items such as phones, laptops, and electronics should not be displayed carelessly in common areas to reduce the risk of theft.
No Criminal or Illegal Activities
Any form of theft, violence, drug use, or unlawful activity within the premises is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Respect Management and Security Guidelines
Residents must cooperate with the caretaker and follow all security-related instructions to maintain order and safety.
Proper Identification
Residents may be required to identify themselves when necessary to ensure that only authorized individuals are within the facility.
No Fighting or Disturbance
Physical or verbal altercations that may threaten the peace and safety of others are strictly prohibited.
Secure Entry and Exit
Gates and access points must be properly closed after use. Residents should avoid leaving entrances open or unattended.
Shared Responsibility for Safety
Security is a collective responsibility. All residents are expected to remain alert, act responsibly, and contribute to a safe and peaceful environment.
