No Structural Alterations
Residents must not make any changes to the building, wiring, plumbing, or fittings without prior approval.

General Tenant Responsibility

Care of Premises on Exit
Upon leaving the accommodation, residents must ensure that all amenities are left in good condition, subject to inspection.
