AMENITIES AND MAINTENANCE RULES FOR RESIDENTS

To ensure that all facilities remain functional, safe, and in good condition for everyone, residents are kindly required to observe the following rules:

1. Prompt Reporting of Issues
   All electrical faults, plumbing issues, or any damage within your room or the premises must be reported immediately to the caretaker.

2. No Unauthorized Repairs
   Residents must not attempt to fix, alter, or repair any electrical, plumbing, or structural issue without the express permission of the caretaker or landlord.

3. Protection of Facilities
   All amenities provided within the accommodation must be used properly and handled with care at all times.

4. Responsibility for Damages
   Any damage caused through misuse, negligence, or carelessness by a resident or their visitors will be the responsibility of that resident to resolve.

5. Proper Use of Electrical Systems
   Residents should avoid overloading sockets, illegal connections, or unsafe electrical practices that may damage the system or pose risks.

6. Water Usage and Plumbing Care
   Toilets, sinks, and drainage systems must be used responsibly. Items that can block pipes (such as nylons, sanitary materials, or waste) must not be disposed of in plumbing systems.

7. Access for Repairs
   Where repairs are required, residents should cooperate and allow access for inspection and maintenance at reasonable times.

8. No Structural Alterations
   Residents must not make any changes to the building, wiring, plumbing, or fittings without prior approval.

9. Clean and Orderly Use of Amenities
   Shared and private facilities should be kept clean and used in a responsible manner at all times.

10. Respect for Shared Resources
    Utilities such as water and electricity should be used thoughtfully to avoid waste and ensure availability for all residents.

11. General Tenant Responsibility
    Residents are expected to take good care of the property and promptly report any maintenance concerns, as this helps prevent further damage and ensures a safe living environment ().

12. Care of Premises on Exit
    Upon leaving the accommodation, residents must ensure that all amenities are left in good condition, subject to inspection.
